Taiwan/ Hong Kong Apr/May 2012

Apr and May 2012 I we went Taiwan and Hong Kong 7Days 6nights with my colleague.
Everything was booked by myself and Itinerary we didnt really plan that much.

It was my first travelling to Taiwan. Hong Kong I went this is the 2nd time. ^.^

I always tried to get cheap Airticket. It will be good if you are able to plan like 6 mth to 9 mths ahead.
The ticket will be the most cheapest compare when you trying to book at a nearer date.

When we reach Taiwan, we bought bus ticket to the city. The airport transfer- bus ticket is so cheap (SGD$4 abt).

I booked hotel at City inn Hotel III. There are 3 of them, I booked the newest.
This 3star hotel is a very good hotel. They provide water and tibits everyday. Room service, the staff are very friendly.

I didnt book direct from the hotel. Normally I will surf around other website. They do have discount and promotion. I book one night is about 35++ per person. :)
It very cheap and good.

The hotel is at the central and very easy to travel out. Train station is very as well.

XIMENDING looks like Japan some how.

The sushi is very cheap. I saw this in Singapore citylink (Newly opened restaurant)
Should give it a try in singapore. I prefer Singapore outlet then taiwan.
is very cheap per plate is only 1.50++ with free flow of tea and white radish.

Inside Their MRT Station. exactly like Japan.
Japan Vending machine?!

Breakfast in MOS.
Went to Hello kitty restaurant. We go in must spend by ordering their food. Min order SGD$15.

The most popular Ding Tai Feng in Taiwan, We had to queue even it is not lunch or dinner time

Took a boat to tourist place. I cant remember the place name already.

Subway - is the same every where.

The popular tall Ice cream store.

We spent alot on shopping is quite cheap. Visit WU FEN PU for some cheap clothing,
Shilin night market for some local nice food
Xi Men Ding - Shopping

Taiwan is very easy to travel around with train. Is like Japan.
No wonder my colleagues love to travel to Taiwan. Is it alot cheaper compare to Japan.

Will start my Next HONG KONG Trip soon.

Jan 2011 - Brisbane Gold Coast

I am sharing my travel itinerary here throughout my 2 years since 2010 starting travelling with my family to Tokyo Japan. I love it so much. Since then I started travelling non stop as long as I have leave. :)

So far I have been to a few asia country. Hong Kong/Taiwan/ Bangkok/Gold Coast/Brisbane/Korean (8-9 years back) / Tokyo/Osaka/Hokkaido and other places in Japan. :)

Jan 2011 - Went to Gold Coast / Brisbane -Australia.

It was a very relaxing country. Every shop start at10am and close at 5pm. No Stress, Free and easy life.

Their supermarket is HUGE! I should say.

At the train station going towards Gold Coast.

Our Hotel room
Morning Breakfast - Mainly Cereals/ eggs in different ways/ juices/ milk
Very western breakfast

Went to visit their "Farm"

Food and expense in Australia is quite high. The exchange rate is at about 1.28 -1.3 per SGD$1.
We tried to buy maggie mee and cook in our apartment almost everyday
Movie World - Is very small compare to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. (my all times fav)
Waiting for some show to start in the rain?!?
See how cute are the kids. Bet they are having lots of fun :)
Surfer Paradize - Is a MUST go place if you visiting GC.

Best Meal of the whole trip. Both plate cost me about SGD$50 each. Because we went for their promotion period, it is ONE FOR ONE! It AWESOMELY nice.

Went to Sea World - Elmo and friends Dancing.

Opposite our apartment is a large park and their playground is far much better than our in Singapore.
I went almost everyday because is very near and not much crowd.

The whole trip we spent on SQ tickets is about SGD$850 each
Rental of apartment for 6nights per pax is SGD$450?!?
If would like to save on food over there - BUDGET is to visit their supermarket everyday and stalk up and cook in the apartment kitchen. Which is quite nice and fun cook ourselves.

Will post more trips when i have time. Need to go off for work.
